This completely remodeled Deer Valley vacation home is conveniently located between Deer Valley Snow Park Base and Historic Old Town Main Street, with easy access to all of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain resorts. Both areas offer ski runs for all skill levels, as well as ski school and extensive summer activities.
Spacious and Bright
This 3-level home features wonderful gathering spaces, with lots of natural light and skylights throughout. Enter the home through either the garage at ground-level, or front door on the main-level. On the main level, the kitchen is open and spacious with a beautiful large island, chef's gas range, a French-door refrigerator, and wine fridge. The open living room includes super-comfy seating and a touch-controlled gas fireplace. Front and rear decks off of the main great room connect to the outdoors. A spiral staircase leads down to the large private hot tub and wooded backyard.
Private and Flexible
Four (4) bedrooms and (4) four bathrooms, each with gorgeous finishes. Three (3) of the four bedrooms are upstairs, including a master bedroom and two bathrooms. The fourth bedroom, serving as a second master, with it's own luxury ensuite bathroom, is located on the lower level, along with a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer, and an enclosed private one-car garage. From the lower-level bedroom, step out to the hot tub and private backyard area with trees and seclusion. A queen sleeper sofa is available on the main level, including it's own full bathroom with shower.
Suitable for singles getaways, multi-generational families, business travelers, Sundance executive, or corporate retreats alike. This location is walkable, fully car-optional, and positions you just steps to the free transportation which runs all across town.

Free & Convenient Transit
The Park City bus stop is just a minutes-walk, and takes you to Deer Valley Snow Park base in 2 stops, or to Park City Mountain in under 10 minutes. It's also a short 10-minute walk to historic Main Street. Walk to Main Street via multiple routes, including: Rossie Hill Drive, Shorty's Stairs, Deer Valley Loop, etc.
A car is optional here, as there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts rideshares throughout Park City. Walk to town and catch a ride back! Check out our Getting Around page for mobility details.
Parking Suggestions
Garage is standard height and length for one mid-size SUV. No Suburbans nor over-sized SUV's nor trucks, as they will not fit in the garage. Recommend small or mid-size SUVs, or skip the car and use public or private transportation service. See our Getting Around page.
During winter months (Nov 1 - Apr 30) there is no outside street parking at the unit. Due to limited space during winter snow plow months, we can only accommodate one vehicle inside the enclosed attached private garage. During summer months (May 1 to Oct 31) additional (and larger) vehicles may park in the outside common area directly adjacent to the unit.
Additional overflow parking may be available at the China Bridge Parking Garage, located at 325 Swede Alley, Park City, Utah. For a parking map and public parking pricing, visit the Park City town website. A map of suggested overflow parking in the area of the townhome is provided onsite in the unit as a courtesy. Suggested public parking garages are subject to restriction and availability offered by the City government. As such, we are unable to guarantee overflow parking availability in public parking areas. Please plan accordingly.

As a residential area, this property is most appropriate for families and quiet groups. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No parties or loud music tolerated at this location, as quiet hours are strictly enforced by Park City ordinance.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. This person must be present for the entire stay and is responsible for ensuring each member of the traveling party understands and complies with the rental terms and conditions.
Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) and other documentation that requires your electronic signature. You may need to show proof with valid driver’s license or other ID. If determined you are not at least 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties. We may seek damages for failure to abide by this House Rule when booking a reservation.
